Spring 2009 Season

Event DescriptionWelcome, you are registering your child for the Spring 2009 Roller Hockey Season. Registration is for boys and girls ages 6-15. The birthdate cutoff is 03/22/09. Registration dues are $65 for the 1st child and $55 for any additional family members. CHECKS only should be made to Monroe Twp Roller Hockey and submittted to your childs head coach prior to Opening Day. Games are played on Wed evenings and Sunday mornings. Parents and Players must read and understand the Monroe Hockey Zero Tolerance policy prior to play. The following equipment is mandatory in order to particpate in this activity.

Shoulder pads
Elbow Pads
Hockey Gloves
Cup
Shin Guards
Inline hockey skates
Stick(plastic blades are not permitted) |
